2. Function and More details of Fully Automatic Concrete Block Production Line
1) Modularization Production Line
The XH08-15, XH10-15 or XH12-15 block making machine plays a vital role in the fully automatic concrete block production line. You can choose 1 or 2 main machines in accordance with your requirements for product performance and investment scale. The height of produced blocks ranges from 50mm to 200mm, and the production cycle is 15-25s.

4) The concrete block production line makes use of intelligent integrated system. The data may be processed rapidly and accurately. Moreover, it supports real-time condition monitoring and failure warning.
5) All the main components and parts are purchased from well-known international enterprises, including NSK bearing, Yuken electro-hydraulic directional control valve, Sicoma screw conveyor, Mitsubishi PLC and transducer, Omron sensor, etc., so as to effectively ensure the reliability and stability of our concrete block production line.

3. Work Flow
The fully automatic concrete block production line mainly consists of batching and mixing system, forming system, conveying system, packing system and so on.

The concrete block production line adds water to coal ash or silica sand, grinds them into slurry, adds lime powder, cement, gypsum and foaming agent, mixes them and pours them into moulds. After foaming and solidifying, the mixture will be cut into blocks or boards with various specifications, and sent into a curing room by a steam curing car. Through the curing of high temperature saturated steam, porous light aerated concrete products may come into being.

Compared with traditional building materials, the aerated block features light unit weight, high thermal insulation property, good sound absorption, ideal strength, excellent machinability and so forth. Since its raw materials contain coal ash, slag and other industrial waste, it is honored as "new energy-saving construction material". Its weight is 500-700kg/m3 that is only a quarter or one third of the clay brick or sand lime brick, and one fifth of normal concrete. As a kind of light-weight concrete material, the aerated block may serve as the infill wall of high-rise buildings or the load bearing wall of low-rise buildings. The models and quantity of related equipment depend on your design plan.

5. Packing System

The concrete block packing system can be equipped with different automatic ink-jet printing machines in accordance with your requirements. The stacker directly works in this conveyor line. The stacked blocks may be bound vertically and horizontally by ropes, and covered with thin film, so as to ensure the compactness and water resistance of the stack. In this way, you can pile up over 3 layers of block stacks in a storage yard, which effectively reduces occupied area. Moreover, it is convenient to transport, pile up or load blocks, so the efficiency of packing system is considerably enhanced. The production information will be printed on the block stacks by the ink-jet printing machine, realizing digital management over the whole manufacturing process.

Cement Silo (Batch Mixing System)
