PL Series Concrete Batching Plant
The PL series concrete batching plant, or concrete proportioning machine, is usually applied before a concrete mixer. The concrete batching plant is able to automatically measure and combine sand, stone and cement into batches according to the ratio for mixing concrete. Mainly composed of storage hopper, weighing system, feeding system and electric control system, the concrete machinery is fit for diversified workplaces. Its optional structures include linear type structure and inverted triangle type structure. Raw materials can be fed by the pneumatic gate valve or belt conveyor.
The concrete batching plant comes with easy operation, high automaticity, etc. The concrete batcher is capable of effectively guaranteeing exact proportion of raw materials. Its electronic weighing system helps to increase the weighing accuracy. The top panel can be lowered or removed in line with your demands, which can greatly reduce the labor intensity of loading materials and facilitate construction process.
